The practice of 'courtesy' of the course will be extended to Club Managers (GCMA/CMAE) members, Greenkeepers (BIGGA Members), Professionals (PGA Members), and Club Captains on no more than two occasions in a calendar year.

Members of the above organisations and Club Captains are required to contact the General Manager or Golf Professional at least 48 hours before you wish to play at Banstead Downs to book your game.

On arrival at the Club on the day of play, you should check-in with the Pro Shop beforehand and present your organisations membership card or a letter of introduction from your Club.

Golfers turning up on the day without prior introduction or those wishing to play more than twice in the calendar year will be charged the appropriate green fee.
